Most people who come to see me are dealing with some form of crises
or life change. Life situations such as relationship conflict, loss,
abuse, illness or depression are very difficult to cope with. I
encourage people to view these life changing events as opportunities
to change or grow in new ways. I help people connect with themselves
-- their feelings, needs, strengths, and wisdom. Then I support
them in using these inner resources to heal themselves, their relationships
and their lives.

The heart of my work is based on building a compassionate counselling
relationship. I have been supporting people in creating personal
change for 20 years. I have a Master of Arts in Counselling, extensive
training in Body Centered Psychotherapy and training in EMDR - Eye
Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
